Gina planned our entire wedding, and I couldn’t be more grateful for her. At the time, she was juggling life bicoastally and had just planned her son’s wedding a month before mine. Yet, when she heard how stressed I was about my big day, she didn’t hesitate to offer her time, expertise, and kindness to take the load off my shoulders.

I wasn’t the type of girl to dream about my wedding growing up, so I didn’t even have a clear vision of what I wanted. But Gina worked her magic. She asked a few questions, had me share a Pinterest board (I sent it with just four photos), and turned those into the wedding of my dreams—far beyond anything I could have imagined! From the stunning decorations and flowers to the food and music, every detail was flawless.

And here’s the truly remarkable part—Gina accomplished all this while having a torn meniscus and heading into surgery just a week later. Her dedication, creativity, and warmth shone through every step of the way. Gina made my wedding perfect, and I’ll forever be thankful for her.

I honestly don’t even know where to begin—thank you for everything Gina! To say I was overwhelmed when we first started wedding planning would be an understatement. I knew we’d need help, but I was anxious about finding someone who could not only help us execute our vision but also help us discover what that vision even was. You stepped in with such confidence and talent. You took the time to understand both our personalities, and you made sure they shined through equally in every aspect of our wedding. I can also be a bit indecisive, which is certainly not ideal when it comes to planning a wedding, but you helped me trust my instincts and thanks to you, our wedding was such a beautiful memory I will forever cherish and be grateful for. On the big day, we were able to completely relax and enjoy every moment because we knew you were handling everything behind the scenes. Your professionalism, patience and expertise helped make our wedding day as perfect as can be. Thank you for making it a simple, beautiful, and smooth process. I have so many things that I could say about how brilliant and talented and impressive you are, but how you made us feel comfortable and secure about the whole process was the cherry on top. Thank you, for being our amazing wedding coordinator, floral designer and wearing all of the hats to allow everything to flow seamlessly, allowing us to fully be in the moment, from beginning to end, without worry. I have to sing the praises of Gina MacMillan. A true wedding whisperer. She came onto the scene with many demands placed on her by the family and handled each one with a calm heart and graceful beauty. She took an ordinary wedding venue and turned it into an absolute gem of a palace. She made a stressful event flow like butter cut with a hot knife. The flower arrangements were spectacular. I never knew so many little things could change a venue so much. She met all of our expectations and then some. The after party for just the wedding party was so intimate and heartwarming. And all the guests had a blast and commented on what a great wedding it was. So, I have to applaud Gina and her staff for making such a grand spectacular day come off without a hitch.
